Skye Teardrop

The Skye Teardrop is a bright silver teardrop pendant engraved with your loved one's actual fingerprint, a one-of-a-kind way to keep their touch with you every day.

A graceful teardrop shape carries the fingerprint close to the heart. In the Skye style, the pendant hangs from a polished bail for a classic finish.

To create it, simply upload a fingerprint image at no extra cost using the option on this page. Many funeral homes can take a fingerprint for you, or it can come from a print saved on paper or ink.

Engraving is also available on the back, up to 12 characters, perfect for a name, initials or a date.

A velvet bag can be added as an option for gifting.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a fingerprint for the pendant?

Ask your funeral director, who can usually take a fingerprint impression. You can also upload a clear photo or scan of a print you already have using the free upload option on this page.

Is this a cremation urn necklace?

No. This is a fingerprint memorial pendant, not a container. It preserves a loved one's touch rather than holding ashes. If you would like jewelry that holds a small portion of ashes, browse our cremation jewelry.

How do I care for it?

Yes. To keep the shine, remove it before swimming or showering, since chlorine and salt water can tarnish silver. A soft polishing cloth will bring back its luster.

When will my order ship?

Fingerprint pendants are made once your fingerprint image is received and the proof is approved. Orders approved by 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day, and anything approved later ships the next business day. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
